The set of storage jars included 3 different sizes, the height and the diameter are

The liquid capacity of a full cup is 20 oz/ 40 oz/ 80 oz, and the actual liquid capacity with the sealed lid is 18 oz/ 36 oz/ 74 oz. Note that solid storage capacity may not be at maximum due to density differences.
TIPS FOR TIGHTENING THE LID
Alternative to direct downward pressure on the lid, please tighten the lid like a screw.
This way allows the container to be emptied of air and seal it more tightly.
WOODEN LID
